Returns and Refunds Policy

This pricing, returns, and withdrawal policy applies to all orders placed through the Elyma Jewellery website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions below.


1. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Obvious errors in pricing, typing, or publication are not binding. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order.


2. Orders

An order becomes final after the customer has received an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

- obvious pricing errors
- stock issues
- suspected fraud or misuse
- incorrect or incomplete customer details

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible via the original payment method.


3. Statutory cooling-off period (Right of withdrawal)

In accordance with European consumer law and the General Data Protection Regulation, a consumer has the right to return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us within this period via (contact email).


4. Return conditions

Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:

- the product is not worn or used
- the product is undamaged
- the product is in its original packaging
- all labels, accessories, and parts are present

Products that are visibly worn, damaged, or used may be refused or only partially refunded.


5. Hygiene products (Earrings)

Due to hygiene and health reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seal or packaging has been opened or broken.

This policy is in place to protect the safety and hygiene of our customers.


6. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

If a product is delivered damaged or does not match the order, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via (contact email).

When reporting, the customer must:

- send clear photos of the product
- attach photos of the packaging
- state the order number

After reviewing the report, we will offer a suitable solution, such as product replacement or a refund.


7. Refunds

After receiving and checking an approved return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned product has actually been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment.
